　　Pretreatment and prepressing section is a very important section before extraction.It will directly affect extraction effect. The set of pretreatment and prepressing equipment includes cleaning,crushing,germ pressing,softening and prepressing sections and so on.

　　Main Equipments:

　　1. Soybean: It’s one of main oil seeds from human. It’s used to make soybean oil around the world.The oil content in soybean seed is about 30-45%.

　　2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the soybean seeds. The iron impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.

　　3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from soybean seeds.

　　4. Softening:this can help improve the oil yield from soybean seeds.

　　5. Flaking: It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake the sobean seeds into flakiness. After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting sunflower oil in the oil press process.

　　6. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the soybean seeds. It’s also good for the press and oil extraction section.

　　7. Press: The press machine is used to take parts of the oil in the soybean. when the capacity is low. It is not needed in the soybean oil extraction way. If you using solvent extraction way to get soybean oil, the flake can be sent to oil extractor directly from cooker.
